The Baxi 800 Combi is a very compact model and comes with Adey's Magnaclean Micro2 magnetic filter. It also features built in pipes for easy installation and brass hydraulics for leak-free use. The boiler is powerful enough to run an entire home, and it comes with a 10-year warranty for total peace of mind.

The product is 285mm deep and can fit in a 290mm cupboard hole if required; pipes are concealed within the boiler body.
