What are the dimensions?

The Baxi 625 Heat boiler has a compact size of only 625x370x270mm (HxWxD) which allow for installation within a standard kitchen cupboard if you so wish!

What are some advantages of the 625?

The Baxi 625 has no pump overrun and requires no permanent live switch. It is suitable for fully-pumped, open-vent or sealed systems and has an easy fit wall-mounting bracket, accessibility from the front and side, a central top flue, and a rear flue option for flexibility.

Is it an efficient boiler?

The Baxi 625 offers an efficiency rating of 93% which is very high, and this makes this boiler highly efficient under ErP (Energy Related Products) Directive. This particular model has been tested and has met all the requirements to be labelled as an A-rated boiler. This rating is even more impressive when you consider that it's a condensing boiler which means that any excess water in the exhaust gases is turned into steam rather than being discharged into the atmosphere. If your home or office has a hot water tank then these savings could really add up over time.

Do I need a regular boiler?

Put simply, a regular boiler is a common or traditional type of gas boiler and is also known as a heat only boiler. One is therefore able to produce both heating and hot water from the same device. Will it be powerful enough for my home?

The Baxi 625 is a small condensing boiler, with an output rating of 25 kW. It's suitable for homes with around 15 radiators. The Baxi 625 uses 12kW to heat water, and the remaining 13 kW for system losses (i.e heat losses through steel pipework, endtanks etc). Note that the 15 radiators refers to the amount of radiators you can be heating at your home, and not the number of rooms you have at your property.
